The Greens at Cannondale offers assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation services for seniors. Previously, the facility relied on oil to heat the facility. Natural gas is more economically and environmentally efficient but depends on municipal infrastructure. Working with neighbors, MHR structured a deal for the utility to extend the the natural gas line. Since 2012, The Greens at Cannondale has been saving energy by useing natural gas.
