Mark Robbins

Mark holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia School of Architecture and has served on its adjunct faculty. Mark Robbins has over 20 years of construction and development experience in real estate and clean energy projects. He has expertise in architecture, construction, historic preservation, energy efficiency, and ecological best practices.

Steven Semaya

Steven holds an MBA from Columbia University and is an experienced entrepreneur, management consultant, and senior leader.  As a hands-on operator and business developer, Steven has led day-to-day operations and helped regulatory agencies, for-profit, and non-profit companies grow and implement sustainable processes and organizations. 

Elizabeth DiSalvo

Elizabeth earned her bachelors in Architecture and Building Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and went on to earn a Masters in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University. She specializes in Passive Homes, Net Zero projects, and LEED certification for Homes.

Doug Kenyon

Doug is a licensed Professional Engineer and Planner having received his degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an Associate’s Degree in Forestry from Paul Smiths College. With over 30 years of experience in construction, Doug has a deep understanding of sustainable design, energy savings and building life cycle cost.

Paige Lyons

Paige holds B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is currently in charge of developing graphic content, marketing, and general office management at MHR.
