MHR obtained zero renewable energy credit (ZRECs) with the intent to implement a medium sized (up to 249 kW AC) solar system.  In lieu of installing a solar system, a 35-kW CHP is being installed at Lapham Community Center.  The CHP installation will also include connecting the electric meter for adjacent field lights to maximize electric savings from the CHP.
