Incentive eligible measures include geothermal, architectural LED lighting, insulation, etc. MHR also procured solar Non-Residential Energy Solutions (NRES) renewable energy credits (RECs) and oversaw implementation of a roof-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) system on the Athletic Center.
MHR performed an energy audit and opportunity assessment for the school’s academic / faculty buildings and a few of the dormitories / residential units.
MHR implemented various energy efficiency measures: commercial kitchen upgrades, pipe insulation, steam trap repairs / replacements, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, high-efficiency heat pumps, destratification fans, heat recovery ventilation (HRV) units, etc. MHR also managed the installation of electric vehicle (EV) chargers (EVCs) at the school’s two campuses – six ports across three locations.
MHR also secured a substantial comprehensive utility incentive and a federal Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) rebate.
