As a partner with Village Properties, Mark Robbins and team - Sternberg Benjamin Associates and Jack Chandler Associates as architects - acquired the land of the desanctified St. Edwards Church to develop 20 condominiums and townhouses, located in Laurel Heights, San Francisco, California. This $38 million dollar project required land assemblage of the church and its surroundings, while also planning and designing the condominiums, a custom interior landscaped garden, and structured sub-surface parking.

There are a total of six adjacent buildings which include two to four units each. Two of the four unit types are direct entry residences. The condominiums are located within short distances of popular commercial districts, such as Laurel Village Shopping Center, Sacramento Street, and Presidio Heights.
